My ex-drummer Jesse Greenlee has linked up with his long-time collaborator/friend Kelly McMorris and emerged as Sun Stereo. I've played a few shows with these cats and the tunes keep getting better and better. Kelly wrote this cut after reading about a drug bust in the San Luis Valley. Gets stuck in my head everytime. So fresh.
I don't think James Blake has gotten the credit he deserves. He's a relatively new artist and I think that folks here in the U.S. just aren't wise to him yet. This track is from his latest ep, Love What Happened Here. Dig it.
