He's been busy lately with projects like Hail Mary Mallon (with Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz) and The Uncluded (with Kimya Dawson) but I'm excited to see him occupying his own territory again. Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 8:42AM Kimya Dawson spent a good chunk of this year touring with hip-hoppers Aesop Rock, Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz. In the process, Aesop and Kimya decided to make an album together. The two took to twitter in an effort to name their new project (no name has been announced as of this morning). Below is a video of them rehearsing. I've been in rehearsals like this - ones where it's not about mic levels and perfection, but rather making sure everyone knows the words and cues. This looks like a shit ton of fun.
