Apparently the formula for a smash hit includes a camcorder, a copy of Adobe Premiere and a friend with butterface.  

This is a video of James Brown in concert calling Michael Jackson up on stage who in turn calls Prince up on stage.  Prince (clearly altered and full of his tiny self) not only RIDES A SECURITY GUARD UP TO THE STAGE but also exits in ultra smooth fashion.  Real Talk?  I know exactly how this feels.  Ask BTW.

We finally watched Funny People this weekend.  Great film (albeit 30 minutes too long).  Jonah Hill plays Leo Koenig - a young, budding actor trying to get his name out there.  He decides to put himself in a video montage of kittens playing in order to score more Youtube hits.   Way mad. 

Had a show booked with Blackalicious back in 2006.  They cancelled at the last minute (Gift of Gab had some emergency oral surgery).  We were bummed - but we played anyway.  This track will always get my head noddin'.

Played another Hit It Run party this past weekend.  At one point we grabbed the mics and rhymed over the instrumentals.  Kosmo picked "Rappers Delight".  I picked "Paul Revere".  Here's a crafty lil animated vid to guide you along the way.
