Kendrick is just the best in the game right now. I'm in this cat's corner. Tell 'em, Kendrick.
Almost three years later and I'm still bumping this whole album. I mean, you really haven't heard a chorus like this in a long time. So original. Still fresh.
Real talk? Kendrick is the best there is right now. He just dropped this killer cut on us. Dig.
I've talked a lotta shit about the new school - showing only respect to the likes of Kendrick and Action Bronson. I had written Danny Brown off as an anomaly who's unique look had more to do with success than his skills on the mic. Yesterday his new album, Old, went up online and I gave it an honest listen. It's not perfect, but it seems like Brown is finally in a position to afford better production and land more worthwhile collabs. Peep this track ("The Return") featuring Freddie Gibbs. This some hood-ass shit right here. Way gone.
Nitty Scott and Kendrick Lamar - two of my favorite emcees to emerge in the past few years together on one hot, laid-back cut. Dig.
