I didn't have cable growing up so I guess I missed this video from 1988. As if I needed another reason to love this song (or Paul Simon) the video includes appearances by Biz Markie, Big Daddy Kane, Spud Webb, Mickey Mantle and John Madden. Surreal.

Throwback Thursdays: Big Daddy Kane

BDK was a monster. He can still show up all these snot-nosed punks in the game today. I saw him do damage onstage at the BET Hip-Hop Honors show a few years back. This track is monumental and in my opinion, paved the way for cats like Nas and Big. Dig.
