Last year I was in a heated debate about whether or not this song sucked. I've always liked it and this morning I heard "More, More, More" by Andrea True Connection - which is where Len lifted the sample from (at the 2:22 mark). Put this on and groove.

Today I give you a very special treat.  A free instrumental LP download from Canadian hip-hop producer Moka Only.  Some of you may remember him from Len.  Highly recommended if you like Madlib, J Dilla, etc.  Dig it - it's way gone.
