Way Gone Wednesdays: Jimmy Kimmel Super Bowl Prank

I've never watched a full episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live in my life, but last week he put forth a challenge to his viewers to unplug their televisions during a "crucial moment" in the Super Bowl. Viewers did just that, filming the act and then posting them online. Here's the cream of the crop.

Way Gone Wednesdays: The Mighty Mighty Bosstones

The Mighty Mighty Bosstones were a hard working third-wave ska band for 14 years before they caught their big break.  They ran for another 6 years before going on hiatus in 2003.  Frontman Dicky Barrett is now the announcer on Jimmy Kimmel Live.  Their 1992 EP, Where'd You Go? featured a couple of surprising covers (Metallica's "Enter Sandman" and "Sweet Emotion" by Aerosmith).  Dig em.  They're way gone.
