I went on WEFT 90.1 last night to talk to Local 901 host Todd Hunter about the new album and my upcoming release show. Truth is, I can't tell you how many times I've stopped in on that show over the years. It started back in 1998 when my buddy Bryan and I dropped in to hand over our band's demo in hopes of it getting played one day. The hosts (which at the time were Holly Rushakoff and Santanu Rahman) immediately played the disc and asked us to stay for an inteview. We had never experienced such a warm welcome. The show continues to this day and thanks to the enormous pool of talent in our fair twin cities, it will continue to have an overflowing stable of fresh local songs to play.
