Late last year I stumbled across the WTF podcast with Marc Maron. Marc is one of those comics that I vaguely remembered from stand up specials but wasn't really on my top 10 list. And let me say that very few podcasts have kept me coming back for more (with the exception, of course, of This American Life). WTF is the real deal. Marc brings in comics and actors into his garage for a sit down. These sit downs always produce some laughs but the meat is in the real talk. Discussing drug addiction with Brian Posehn, Andy Dick talking about his first homosexual impulses, Adam Carrolla's hippy parents and Ken Jeong talking about his wife's cancer. It's real shit, folks.
